Chassis 875073 is not just a car—it’s a legend on wheels, boasting a storied past, race-winning pedigree, and exceptional preparation for historic motorsport events. A centerpiece of any collection. Originally delivered to Jaguar Cars in New York in June 1961, this Series I Roadster was soon destined for greatness. Its impressive career included racing against legends like Peter Revson and Peter Gregg at events such as the Bahamas Speed Week. Further accolades followed with subsequent owners, including a 1974 C Production class championship. More recently, the car has competed in the Goodwood Revival RAC TT 4 times and winning it outright in 2023, with the World Mutable Touring car Champion Andy Priaulx behind the wheel. The car was full restored and race prepared for the then owner, World Sports Car Champion and 3x Le Mans Winner, Andre Lotterer in 2020, the car was entrusted to marque experts Valley Motorsport, Restored to “Semi-Lightweight” specification. Under the stewardship of three-time Le Mans winner André Lotterer, this E-Type continued to shine on the global stage.
