It completed production 1970 and was first registered in 1971. Numbers matching and in its original colour Bahia Red this example is one of the best. The engine is 1.7 litres and is back on the original factory spec fuel injection system. It had, at some point in the past been converted to carbs. The car was imported from California in July 2012 and fully restored by it's previous owners with the help of 914 expert and Porsche Club GB 914 Register moderator, Kevin Clarke. It had a bare metal respray and was fully disassembled and reassembled with new upholstery, trim, rubber and parts where available. The car was finished in January 2014 and has been to many local and national shows. The current only has owned the car since 2017 and have had it serviced and maintained at a local Porsche specialist. We believe it to be one of the very best 914's in the country presently.
