The Porsche 993, introduced at the 1993 Frankfurt Motor Show, marked a significant evolution in the 911 series with its sleek design and iconic sloped headlights. As the last air-cooled 911, it holds a special place in Porsche’s history. The Carrera S Vesuvio, crafted by Porsche Exclusive to celebrate Porsche’s 50th anniversary, is distinguished by its unique “Vesuviometallic” paint, a refined grey with violet undertones, and Grey Steel accents on the mirrors, the engine cover grille, door handles, and wheels. The interior echoes this theme with matching trim around the dials. Limited to around 100 units worldwide, the Vesuvio is both a collector’s gem and a symbol of Porsche’s craftsmanship Our example of this rare edition, comes well-equipped with several desirable options. It includes the original factory autoradio (option 326), the sunroof (option 650), and heated seats (option P14). This example comes with the specific Cup rims, finished in a unique color exclusive to the Vesuvio edition. This car was originally delivered in 1997 by the Porsche Center Stuttgart- Zuffenhausen, spent most of its lifetime in France, being last registered in Corsica. It has had three owners, all of whom have meticulously maintained the vehicle. The service book is thoroughly up-to-date, reflecting the careful attention this car has received over the years. The car is in sound condition, mechanically and aesthetically. It drives well.
